About
Meet the duo behind Glu2U
Meet Alex
Born in St Asaph, North Wales, Alex grew up in a music-filled home and from an early age, learnt how to play the drums. His love for music grew as he was inspired and influenced by artists such as Michael Jackson, Jamiroquai and composers such as Glenn Miller and Koji Kondo. Alex found his strength and ear for writing and arranging music during his Uni days in Coventry and in his final year, won the Robert Ramskill Composer of the Year Award for his creation Barbershop The Musical.
Over the years, Alex has worked on a multitude of projects including writing sonic logos for corporate companies such as Busy Bees Nursery. Alex has also created custom music for short films such as Static and It's Time which was selected for the Monaco International Film Festival.
Alex's most recent endeavours include writing music for TV commercials such as Centrepoint and RSPCA. He has also written and produced music for The Kingdom Choir.

Meet Jonathan
Born in West London, Jonathan started his musical journey at the age of 7 when Boyz II Men's End of the Road left him needing more. Through the years he was continually inspired by artists such as Kirk Franklin and Timbaland as well as film score composers such as John Williams and Hans Zimmer.
His career started as a backing vocalist and then evolved into music production and songwriting. Jonathan has had the pleasure of performing for and with Ariana Grande, Alicia Keys, Lionel Richie, Diana Ross, Andrea Bocelli, Katy Perry, Olly Murs, Lianne La Havas, Boy George, Oh Wonder, Ella Henderson, Labrinth and Jason Mraz.
Jonathan has worked with artists from Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland and the UK and has written and produced songs for DJs as well as Eurovision. Jonathan has also written and produced for artists such as Czech singing sensation Tereza Maskova and The Kingdom Choir.
